آگهیدر پاریس پل هنرها که بر روی رود سن واقع است و پل عشاق نیز نامیده می شود، روز یکشنبه برای چند ساعت توسط پلیس بسته شد. روی این پل که یک پل عابر پیاده است، عشاق از مناطق و کشورهای مختلف به طور سنتی با بستن قفل به لبه های پل و انداختن کلید آن به داخل رود سن، پیوند خود را به طور نمادین جاودانه می کنند.
علت بسته شدن پل، سنگینی قفل ها در بخشی از این پل بود که موجب فروریختن بخشی از دیوار پل شد. پلیس اما در شامگاه یکشنبه بار دیگر این پل را گشود.
